Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using VistaList ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@vistalist.net.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to send spam or abusive content

4. Subscriptions & billing

The Pro plan is billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VistaGeek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
